Welcome to your guided meditation.
It's wonderful to come here today,
And you are there to co-create this meditative flow together,
To elevate our vibrations,
To promote higher frequencies in our body,
In our energy field,
And access the field where we feel ourselves,
Where we can connect with our innate intelligence,
Also quantum field intelligence.
Let's create a space where we can give the chance to our mind to rest,
To our bodies to surrender,
And give them the opportunity to align into a more harmonic state of being.
So it's wonderful to come together.
I invite you to find your comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes.
Adjust your body.
Let's start by taking deep inhalations through your nose,
Inhaling,
Exhale through your mouth,
Deep,
Deep inhalations.
As you exhale,
Close your mouth.
As you would blow a candle,
Let air come out gently,
Slowly,
Inhaling,
Exhale slowly out.
As we flow together,
Open your heart,
Open your mind,
And let's flow into meditation.
As we are connecting with our breathing,
I invite you to take a double inhalation,
Inhale through your nose,
Two times,
Inhale once,
Inhale twice,
Exhale through your mouth slowly and gently.
And one more time,
Inhale once,
Inhale twice,
Relax,
Exhale.
And one more time,
Inhale once,
Inhale twice,
Exhale slowly and gently.
Now I invite you to bring the tip of your tongue up in the sky of your mouth,
Close to your teeth,
Allowing you to generate your inhalations and exhalations only throughout your nostrils.
Relax,
Inhale,
Bring your shoulders slightly back,
Exhale,
Relax your shoulders,
Inhale,
Bring a gentle smile on your face,
Exhale,
Relax even more.
Inhale,
Feel the freshness of the air passing through your nostrils,
Exhale,
Feel the air a little bit warmer,
Inhale,
Let the freshness of the air passing also through your throat,
Feel it,
Exhale,
Notice the air even warmer.
Now just inhale and exhale as you will naturally.
In each inhalation,
Flavor the freshness of the air,
Arriving in your lines and relaxing you even further.
Surrender to this present moment,
Allow yourself,
Allow your breath to make you feel so calm and serene.
If your mind may wander,
Just bring it back every time.
In each inhalation and exhalation,
You bring your mind back into the present moment.
Your breathing cycle is your anchor,
Is your strong pillar,
Is where you always find stability,
Comfort and a safe place in your meditative experience.
Inhale in,
Exhale out,
Let it go.
Dear ones,
I invite you to bring your awareness to the top of your head,
To your skull,
And we will connect with our crown chakra,
Connection with the quantum field,
Connection with the universe,
Connection with inner nature,
Intelligence.
And I invite you to visualize,
Imagine the lettering to each and flow,
And imagine a beautiful bright light coming from above to below directly in your head.
And this light is beautiful,
This light is radiant,
It's a healing light that brings you peace,
Calmness,
Awareness.
And let this light activate your crown chakra,
Visualize a beautiful lotus flower opening up on the top of your head as it receives their light,
It's nurtured life on this lotus,
And it opens up and shines.
And it starts to spin in a spiral motion,
And starts to absorb this beautiful energy from the universe,
And allowing this energy entering in your brain.
Your lotus flower is activating all your higher consciousness.
Your crown chakra is now activated as a filter,
And allowing all this beautiful energy from above entering your mind,
Illuminating every corner of your mind,
Expanding your light.
In your inner sight,
You can see only light,
Let this light gently blind your inner vision.
Inside of you there is only light,
A bright light,
A radiant light,
A really,
Really energy,
Promoting you tranquility,
Calmness.
You are now serene,
Relaxed,
Inhale the light from above,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Let it go,
Everything that doesn't serve you,
All the concerns,
Worries,
Emotional imbalance.
Inhale the light,
Exhale,
Let it go,
All the tension in your body.
Inhale more light into your experience,
Let this light pass through your throat.
Let this light heal your vocal cords.
Visualize the light arriving in your neck,
And the light is now inside of your throat,
Promoting a deep healing in your vocal cords,
Activating your fifth chakra,
Vishuddha.
Visualize a beautiful color blue,
Coming out from inside of your throat,
Out into your neck,
Involving all your neck.
And this powerful energy of communication is now allowing you to speak out your truth,
The truth from your heart.
Breathe in,
And revile.
Allow more light to come into your experience,
And now this light is arriving in your heart.
As this light arrives in your heart,
It starts to expand all around your chest.
Visualize your heart receiving this beautiful energy,
Cosmic energy,
This healing energy from above,
And your heart takes what it needs to heal all emotional traumas.
Let this light clean up your heart,
Illuminating your heart chakra,
And promoting a beautiful color,
A green color,
An emerald color energy,
Filled,
Amplifying,
And expanding in your chest.
And adding more light into your chest,
Expanding all these beautiful love and kindness vibrations around your being.
Let the light take your chest,
And let your heart take what it needs to heal and to align into positive vibrations.
You are now being aligned,
Expanding your energy throughout your body,
Healing every cell,
Healing your organs,
Healing your fibers.
There is great love for you in here in your heart.
So bring your right hand into your chest,
Follow it by the left one,
And let's feel the vibrations from your heart.

Self-compassion.

Here in your chakra and atah,
There is always a connection with a more advanced version of yourself,
An energetic version of yourself.
Your heart is the portal to your higher consciousness,
To your higher awareness in a state of gratitude.
We are thankful for this moment for allowing us to be present and create this space where our bodies can activate inner intelligence.
Inhale rest,
A state of being where our minds are serene,
Promoting quality thoughts,
Frequencies,
And everything aligns,
Creating a beautiful vibration in your body.
