Hello,
Good morning and welcome to your guided meditation.
Let's begin by taking deep and long inhalations throughout your nose,
Fulfilling your lungs with air,
Exhaling from the mouth,
And one more time inhale fully from the nose,
Exhale from the mouth,
And one last time inhale,
Exhale let it go.
Now I invite you to breathe only throughout your nose,
Place a gentle smile in your lips,
And just enjoy the freshness of the air passing through your throat in each inhalation.
Let each breath to be joyful,
To start to awake your senses with a sense of gratitude we start to stay.
It's wonderful to wake up and to have another opportunity to be joyful.
As you inhale and exhale allow yourself to be present and to start to build a sense of love from your chest,
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra,
Just to the spiritual love that you have inside of your chest,
And just be grateful for anything you can take for granted today.
I invite you to send love and good intentions to the people you care in your life.
Send them a good thought,
A positive intention.
You may even visualize them glowing in bright light.
This is a new day,
This is a new beginning.
It's time to fulfill with love all your relationships.
Visualize yourself going through the day with joy,
Feeling frisky,
To experience a wonderful day ahead.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Enjoy the sense of gratitude that you are building from within.
In your mind that is only thoughts of happiness.
You are visualizing yourself joyful.
Do you see yourself dancing,
Moving forward,
Advancing in life?
This is a new day,
A new opportunity to walk in direction of your new version,
Your best version,
Your best self.
Any step you will take today will enhance your life.
