We are going to focus on nurturing the energy of your heart chakra with love and compassion.
Let's begin by bringing your awareness to the center of your chest,
Where your heart chakra resides.
Visualize a soft green light glowing gently in this space.
Feel your breath moving in and out,
Calming and grounding you.
With each inhale,
Silently say,
I am open to love.
With each exhale,
Say,
I attract love.
Now,
I invite you to imagine this green light growing brighter and warmer,
Radiating love and compassion.
With each breath,
Feel the energy of your heart chakra expanding,
Filling your entire body with a soothing,
Nurturing vibration.
Now,
Repeat silently to yourself,
May my heart is filled with love.
I am loved.
My heart is open to receive love and healing.
Take a moment to feel the warmth of this love flowing gently through you,
Nurturing your heart and spirit.
Allow yourself to feel cocooned in this boundless love.
Take one last deep breath in,
Holding the love you have cultivated in your heart.
Exhale slowly,
Releasing any remaining tension.
Gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Move your fingers and toes,
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and thank yourself for taking this time to nurture your heart chakra with love and compassion.
