Hello and welcome dear ones to this guided meditation with the intention to take us to higher spheres of consciousness to higher realms of spiritual realities I invite you to embark with me in a spiritual journey throughout the galaxy and find solace in our milk way please find comfort in your seated position I invite you to have your spine straight so the wonderful energies from the cosmos can flow freely throughout our body so please have your spine straight allowing the cosmic forces to go through the spine and awaken marvelous energy within so let's begin by taking deep inhalations from the nose exhaling from the mouth inhale bring your shoulders slightly back exhale relax your shoulders inhale open your chest open your heart exhale relax your face muscles and allow yourself to flow naturally with this wonderful inhalations in each inhalation and exhalation you notice as the temperature of the breath changes as you inhale freshness and you exhale the air much warmer much calmer let the sound of the exhalation reminds you as you are traveling in this space freely as a light being now I invite you to inhale and exhale only from the nostrils and also place a very gentle and subtle smile on your lips a smile that brings tranquility to the mind a smile that invites the mind to become quieter to become more serene in each inhalation and exhalation start to inhale and exhale a slower and deeper much longer inhalations and much longer exhalations emerge yourself into your breath in the sensations of your breath relax your face muscles relax your eyebrows and I invite you to bring your attention into your third eye imagine you are looking inward in your forehead one inch inward in your eyesight in your inner side just bring your attention and your awareness to that area and don't judge just become the witness of this subtle luminosity unfolding in your inner experience there could be also some colors or even a dot a small gentle dot emerge yourself into that experience feel it more and more feel how the energy of your third eye is expanding and taking all the thoughts away your mind is become still and serene inviting for the perfect environment the perfect space to create to visualize a wonderful cosmic experience so I invite you to visualize to imagine or to let your intuition to guide you from above from higher dimensions from space itself imagine a wonderful stream of light descending from above directly in the top of your head let this tube of light enter and penetrate in your scope a cylinder of bright white light bringing you more serenity peace harmony visualize all this bright light inside of your mind inhale the light into your mind let this light take over all the spaces of the mind become the light pure and serene as you are downloading cosmic energy from above into your being visualize in the top of your head your crown chakra becoming a lotus flower of 1, 000 petals vibrating in contact with this wonderful cosmic light visualize the light showering your lotus flower and see how the petals are nurtured with this wonderful energy and they vibrate even higher visualize the lotus flower filtering this energy into your head and let this cosmic energy go through the spine and spread throughout your body see your spine becoming a bright diamond let the energy radiate throughout your body visualize every part of the body being illuminated by this cosmic energy visualize every cell of your body being nurtured by this wonderful cosmic energy inhale light smile I invite you to visualize you becoming light a very pure bright white light overflowing from the porous of your skin as you gently and gradually become a luminous being of light you vibrate this wonderful energy from inside out as every particle of your body is now a photon of light vibrating peace and harmony sending out to the cosmos a wonderful frequency of love and a high spiritual consciousness feel your body invited by this wonderful light from above inviting you gradually to ascend like a gravitational pull inviting you to ascend up and go through this tube of light up in the space float through the cosmos become one with the universe enjoy the constellations the star systems you are so light you float in the vastness of the cosmos and you are heading towards the center of the galaxy the Milky Way there is a meeting waiting for you in the center of the galaxy visualize the nucleus of the galaxy a huge sphere of light abundant light gradually pulling you in see yourself entering this globe of pure bright light as you arrive in the center of the galaxy you are surrendered by beautiful beings of light and high consciousness ascended masters they have been waiting for you see how they surround you they make a circle of light around your being see as they are holding hands and looking at you with so much love and compassion feel the kindness they invite you to open your heart and they are now standing their hands and sending you a ray of light into your body into your heart all of them together projecting into you a wonderful ray of love and clarity you are being initiated you are being reminded of your spiritual journey you are awakening as a spiritual being once again feel this moment in your heart and your soul look around and you may recognize some of these ascended masters could be your ancestors they are always with you guiding your journey on earth feel their love feel their kindness feel their unconditional love you carry inside of you all their wisdom they are now awakening your most precious gifts you have now inside of your heart all the tools necessary to engage in your new spiritual journey you are equipped with the most advanced tools of the universe they encourage you to keep moving further on your spiritual path to shine bright on your existence and to bring the light within you to shine bright your truth and to awaken others who may cross your path and so it is it's time to return to earth as you look in the eyes of your ascended masters with gratitude this is a moment of love compassion clarity it's time to return to float back home enjoy the journey back throughout the stars as you can see this beautiful blue planet called earth as you enter in the planet you start to see your country as you approach you see your city you see your neighborhood finally you see your home and you see your body you come back throughout to the tube of light and you are now emerged in your new you a fresh new beginning awaits for you you are now shining even brighter your light let Beautyfull eork for meditation Breath innercircel work

After 3 hours of gardening, my body ached. I needed to unwind. Ironically last evening I’d painted a beautiful artwork of white lotus flowers against an emerald green background.
And so I began GUI’s meditation. Initially I visualised an azure Lotus flower and as the meditation progressed, I saw petals falling gently around me. Slowly I released myself from the conscious mind and perceived dazzling white lights drawing me upwards. White Lotus petals fell like snow, floating in the ether. As I moved upwards I became the light and couldn’t define any shape or form, other than the sensation of joyful bliss.
Subsequently, I saw Archangels, who formed a circle around me - their wings joining like an enormous flower made of feathers. Within this circle I felt that nothing could harm me, as I was protected by the unconditional love radiating around me.
I wanted to stay there, but I knew my purpose was to create beautiful things to give pleasure to others.
