There are colorful flowers all around you and beautiful butterflies are gently flying by. Take a slow and deep breath through your nose and then let it out through your mouth. Feel how your body relaxes just like the flowers in the garden. As you walk through the garden you see a little path made out of soft, Smooth stones. It feels so nice under your feet. You start walking along the path. And every step you feel calm and peaceful. You start walking along the pathway. Every step you take makes you feel more calm and more at ease. You hear the soft sound of birdies singing in the trees. Their songs make you feel so happy and safe. Let the music fill you up with calm just like the flowers are just full of sunshine. You find a cozy spot to sit on the soft grass. It's warm and the sun is shining gently onto your face. Take a deep breath in and feel the sun on your skin. Breathe out, Letting go of any worries.
