Take a stroll on a windy beach, feeling the wind on your face, blowing the cobwebs away. Listen to mother nature as she holds you close and allows your bad stressful energy to melt away. Play with the waves within your imagination and let your inner child be free.

Coming to a comfortable seated position and just taking in three big deep breaths in your own time.

Allowing your eyes to gently close.

Softening through your forehead,

Cheek bones.

Relax your jaw,

Unclench your teeth and allow your mind to drift off.

Relaxing every muscle as you go.

Just taking a minute to notice how you're feeling.

Taking a moment here.

Just releasing any tight areas.

Now I want you to visualise yourself walking along a calm deserted beach.

It's a really windy day and you can feel the wind blowing.

You can feel the wind in your hair.

You can feel the wind against your skin.

You can feel the wind against your face.

And notice what it's doing.

What it's doing to the waves in the sea.

Are they calm waves?

They're probably big flowing crashing waves.

And just try to match your breath with every wave crashing in.

So every time a wave rolls in,

Inhale.

Every time a wave rolls out and draws it back out into the sea,

Exhale.

So you're trying to match your breath towards the flow,

The movement of the sea,

Of the ocean.

And noticing how this makes you feel.

Maybe you came to this meditation a little bit stressed,

A little bit anxious.

Take yourself off to if you ever have been to a beach where it has been really windy blowing all the cobwebs away.

Noticing the force of nature.

Noticing the force of the wind.

You can't see it.

You can't smell it.

But you can feel it.

Maybe noticing the sea spray on your face.

And noticing how good it feels to be in mother nature when she's a little bit angry.

This is her way of releasing all of that tight,

Head up energy.

And it just feels so good to be around her when she's like this.

Noticing each individual wave,

How tall they are,

How wide they are.

The little white bits on the tops of the waves.

The sea spray.

Your hair blowing,

Getting out of control.

And just feeling held by mother nature,

Feeling held by the wind.

Then I want you to play a little game with yourself.

Walking up to the shore,

The surf.

And when the tide recedes,

Walking further in.

And then when a big wave comes back,

Back to the shore,

Run back.

So you're trying to not get wet feet.

Have fun,

Mess around,

Enjoy life.

Enjoy what mother nature is giving you.

She's giving you a game.

And then again,

When the tide rolls out,

Walk slightly further in.

When the tide rolls back in,

Run back.

I want you to do this next time you are actually physically outside and you're on a beach and it's windy.

Go and do that,

Go and mess around,

Go have fun.

But all the while knowing she has got you.

She is holding you,

The wind is holding you.

The wind is releasing the negative energy,

The negative vibes from your body.

Then you walk back up the beach and you just take a seat and you just listen.

Gazing out to the sea.

Listening to the wind howling,

The waves crashing.

You can stay here for as little or as long as you wish.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
