This somatic meditation is designed for you if you sense that your body is holding more than your mind can explain. Instead of forcing your tension to relax, you’ll be guided to: * Choose one area of tension, tightness, or stress in your body * Explore how this tension feels: its color, texture, density, movement * Notice any thoughts, emotions, or memories that naturally surface * Stay present with what arises, supported by slow, conscious breathing This is a no-pressure, no-fixing practice. You’re invited to become a loving witness to your inner experience so that what has been held down can begin to integrate. Come back to this practice whenever you feel your body is “bracing,” over‑managing, or quietly carrying more than you’re able to say. I am happy to hear from you, so feel free to leave a comment to let me know what unfolded for you in this practice. With love, Gayane Music contribution: Wisdom of Music
