Drawing your stomach inward.

Then let out one long,
Slow exhale through your mouth.
Allowing the belly to soften,
Expand.
And release.
Stay with this rhythm for 3 more breaths.
Letting the belly soften a little more.
With each exhale.
Bring one or more hands to the area just below your navel.
Rest your palms here for a moment.
Feeling the warmth.
Of your own touch.
Then move your fingertips to a point.
About two or three fingers.
Below the navel.
Let the touch be soft and steady.
Inviting the belly to relax and the breath to deepen.
