Welcome to Dreaming Affirmations,

The podcast designed to guide you into a restful night's sleep.

I'm here to be your guide on this journey to tranquility.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And let the soothing meditations and affirmations wash away the stresses of the day.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a moment.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension.

Repeat this deep breath three times.

Allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

I surrender and trust that every moment is part of my journey.

I allow myself to rest and recharge during this time.

I embrace the flow of life.

I choose to see this time as an opportunity rather than a setback.

I trust that everything is happening for my highest good.

I am growing stronger and wiser through this experience.

I acknowledge my feelings without letting them control me.

I allow myself to feel without attaching to the story of being stuck.

I trust my emotions are guiding me towards greater clarity.

I am learning to observe my thoughts and emotions with compassion and kindness.

I release the need to have all the answers at this moment.
