Welcome to Dreaming Affirmations.

You don't need to listen closely,

Just allow the sounds around you to hold you.

Let your body arrive wherever it is,

There's nothing to fix.

As you relax,

Notice where your body meets the surface beneath you,

No need to adjust,

Just noticing.

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head,

You don't need to feel anything clearly,

Just simply allow this area to soften and melt into the surface beneath you.

Let that same awareness move to your forehead,

The space between your eyebrows,

Your eyes.

If they're holding,

You can let them rest and become heavy.

Bring your awareness to your jaw,

Your tongue resting in your mouth.

Allow your upper body to gently rest and relax,

Gently let go and rest anywhere you're holding tension in your body.
