Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Balance is not about holding perfectly still,

But about moving with grace,

Like a tree swaying with the wind,

Roots deep in the earth,

Branches open to the sky.

Balance is in the meeting place of strength and softness.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

As you inhale,

Feel your spine lengthen.

As you exhale,

Allow your shoulders to soften.

With every breath,

Settling into your own natural balance,

Continue to breathe gently,

Letting these words steady your breath.

Inhale strength.

Exhale ease.

Inhale strength.

Exhale ease.

Again,

Inhale strength.

Exhale ease.

Inhale strength.

Exhale ease.

Once more on your own.

And now,

Let the words go quiet.

Nothing to hold,

Nothing to resist.

Only your breath.

Only this moment.

Resting here in balance.

Noticing your breath again.

Moving in and out through your nose.

Noticing your body resting here,

Offering some gentle movement,

Opening and closing your hands,

Releasing any remaining grasp.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing balance with you.

Balance is not found in perfection,

But in graceful presence.

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Balance lives in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time.

May you return again and again to your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
