Meditation Timer OnlineAfter vocational training and working professionally as a dancer and then going on to qualify as a personal trainer Fiona always wanted to find a fitness substitute that would give her the same strength, muscle tone and fitness similar to her previous ballet training . She went to her first Bikram class over 20 years ago and soon realised it had all the elements she had been looking for. Right from the start Fiona had wanted to become a Bikram teacher, and she followed this up flying out to Thailand to attend the fall teacher training 2014. She still loves the discipline and the challenge every class gives her and of course the long term benefits of a longer and healthier life. Fiona now enjoys sharing her passion for Bikram yoga through teaching her students . She is now regarded as a senior Bikram teacher after teaching full time for over 10 years.
