My name is Phi and I'm going to be your guide.
Just finding yourself in a comfortable position.
You may like to be seated or lying down.
I invite you to really find some softness.
You may like to have a blanket and a pillow for extra comfort.
I'm just making any final adjustments.
Just settle it into your space and allowing your body to soften and allowing yourself to arrive fully here.
I'm taking in a nice deep cleansing breath and just softening on the exhale.
I just invite you now to place your hands somewhere that feels comfortable for you.
If you need to make any adjustments during this session,
That is absolutely fine.
You may want to move your hands along your chakra points.
You may wish to keep them still.
Just trust that you know what is best for yourself today.
As we take in a nice deep cleansing breath in,
On the exhale I'd just like you to lower your gaze and close your eyes.
As you land into relaxation,
I'm going to call in Archangel Michael,
The guardian of protection.
Archangel Michael,
Please surround our listener today with your blue flame of protection.
Create a boundary of safety,
Clavity and peace for their highest good.
Please protect the room and the space that they are in.
I'm going to bring in the Reiki energy and direct it towards you now.
We're going to begin at the root chakra.
Just bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Your root chakra is your foundation,
The system that supports you,
Your sense of safety.
Just bring in your awareness here.
I'm just going to move down towards your knees.
I'm just moving down now towards your feet.
I'm just noticing any sensations that may appear for you.
I'm going to move up towards your sacral now.
This is the lower abdomen.
This is the centre of creativity and this is where we hold our emotions.
Just allow your hips to soften.
I'm going to move up to your solar plexus,
Just below your rib cage.
This is the centre of self,
Your boundaries,
Your confidence and the keeper of your inner fire.
I'm going to make my way up towards your heart space.
Your heart is the centre of compassion,
Forgiveness,
Openness.
It's not just our capacity to give,
It's also our capacity to receive.
It's not just love,
Compassion and forgiveness towards others,
It's also towards ourselves.
So just finding yourself here and allowing this Reiki energy to move throughout your centre.
I'm going to move up to your throat chakra.
Just bringing your awareness to your throat,
Your centre of expression.
I'm going to move up to the third eye now.
The space between your eyebrows,
The centre of your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
The unseen.
I'm going to move up to the crown,
The top of your head.
I'm just going to allow for all the Reiki energy to filter in through like a white light opening.
Connecting to the universal light force energy of Reiki.
I'm just feeling it pouring in through this light and through your crown.
Connecting you to oneness,
To consciousness,
To source.
This cleansing light is moving through your body,
Cleansing every cell.
We're just going to bring our awareness to your whole body with one field of energy.
Just allow the Reiki to flow to wherever it is needed.
Just trust that your system knows exactly what to do.
It is now time for me to gently withdraw the active flow of Reiki,
Leaving your grounded balance and protected.
Archangel Michael,

You may now withdraw.
I just invite you to take in a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in to your body as you arrive back into the room.
And a long,
Deep breath out,
Just allowing any tension or stagnancy to release itself.
Not rushing yourself,
Just taking time to bring your awareness back and to feel into your body,
To the room that you're in.
You may want to invite gentle movement and stretches.
You may feel ready to flutter your eyes open.
And when you feel ready,
Just returning gently to your day.

Take some quiet moments to yourself to reflect on your experience today.

Maybe some areas felt different than others.
