Transition From Night (Sleep) To Day (Awake)
All day long you go through different rhythms and energetic changes. Most of these are very subtle, but two of them are very big. The transition from day to night, and the transition from night to day. Making these transitions as smooth as possible allows for an easier way to either fall asleep or wake up. In this meditation, we will look at the transition from night to day.
