With every breath you take,

Now slowly embrace the energy of the day,
The active energy and the conscious world the day has to offer to you.
Embrace this energy without becoming overwhelmed and without starting to plan five things at a time.
Just feel the day's energy and the beautiful power without becoming anxious.
In a healthy way,
Embrace the planning brain,
The work,
The conversations,
The worries and emotions you will experience today.
You will have plenty of experience today.
Embrace and invite them all into your life without becoming stressed.
