Sense or hear a waterfall in your beautiful place or space where you find yourself right now.
Feeling the mist of that waterfall falling on your face and on your skin.
Feeling the power of the vibration as that waterfall is falling down.
Observing the water flowing down.
I invite you now to stand under the waterfall,
Step under it.
Allowing the water to flow from your head down your spine,
Your arms,
Your back,
Over and through your heart,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your abdomen,
Your lower back and your hips.

Feeling as the water is flowing through every single cell in your body,
How it's releasing stress,
How it's washing away tiredness and fatigue,
Calming down your nervous system.
And as the water is flowing over you,
Feeling the beautiful,
Powerful healing properties of that water,
Allowing it also now to release other people's energy and stress that has been held in your body.
Realizing now that it's no longer yours and it's no longer your burden to carry.
Allowing that also just to drain out of your body,

Out your feet into the earth.
And you can also just acknowledge to yourself,
I acknowledge the difference between my identity and other people's stress.
And just taking a nice deep breath again.
Allowing your body to become coherent and in alignment with your intention here with me today.
Allowing every single cell in your body to receive healing,
To reawaken on a new level for you,
Bringing you onto a path of strength,
Healing,
Balance,
And inner peace.
I invite you now to allow the person that you feel in conflict with right now to come stand in front of you.
Become aware of how you feel when this person is there with you.
How do you feel right now?
Are you perhaps feeling the emotions and memories of a recent conflict?
Or perhaps a buildup of negative interactions?
Just allowing yourself to become aware with how you feel and to be okay with how you feel.
And as you're observing this other person,
Can you perhaps look at or replay perhaps certain things that they've done,
That they perhaps said?
And observing how that made you feel.
I invite you to become aware of where in your body do you feel that stress.
And as you do,
Allow yourself now to shift your focus and your awareness to that area.
And as you do,
Apart from the person that you're in conflict with right now,
Whose face or voice comes forward that you know or recognize other than the person in front of you.
And perhaps recognizing that there could be a part of you that has an unresolved wound from the past associated with this person that perhaps came up now during this exercise.
That there's an older prior memory being triggered with this current conflict that you have in your life.
And I invite you to explore,
What did you emotionally need from that person in your past?
What did you emotionally need from them in a positive sense?
And then shifting your focus and your awareness to the person that you're currently having the conflict with.
And asking yourself,
What is the most positive need that you need from them right now?
And my question to you is,
Is the unmet need from the past the same as the unmet need that you have right now?
And observing the commonality perhaps or the relationship between these two unmet needs and how that is showing up in your life right now.
And perhaps patterns being repeated.
I invite you to acknowledge the difference between that unmet need and the person that came up from the past.
And acknowledge the difference between the person that you're currently having the conflict with and the person or the message or the voice from the past.
And realizing that this exercise also allows you to let go of old prior wounds that's being triggered in the present moment.
And to start to release the pattern of repeating these old wounds and taking a nice,
Deep breath with me and becoming aware of where in your body you feel the discomfort.
Father,

And I invite you now to hear,
Feel,
See,
And sense yourself standing in front of you.
And allow yourself to be in an empty space or an empty room.
And it's just you and a copy of yourself in front of you.
And as you are observing yourself,
I invite you to become aware of how do you feel when you see yourself.
What do you think?
What emotions are coming up?
How do you even physically react?
Inviting you to also perhaps become aware of the thoughts and emotions that you have.
You might find that some of them don't even belong to you.
And I invite you to observe perhaps whose face or voice do you hear,
Feel,
See,
Or sense coming forward as you are observing yourself.
And recognizing that perhaps there's parts and aspects of this reaction or reactions that you're having that you might be sharing with someone else.
And I invite you to observe anything coming forward really fast or very random.
Pay attention to it.
Never disregard even the smallest,
Slightest little thing that could come forward.
And in this moment,
If you perhaps did observe someone else's thoughts or emotions or their face coming forward,
I invite you to acknowledge the difference between your identity and their thoughts and emotions.
Releasing this part within you that could be expressing their conflict and unresolved challenges with their own body.
And I invite you now to bring your focus and your attention back to you.
Hearing,
Feeling,
Seeing,
And sensing a beautiful light flowing from the top of your head down throughout your whole body.
Releasing the negative thoughts and emotions that you feel towards yourself.
Feeling how that's just draining down,

Calling your power back from the moment in times when you gave your power away to other people's judgment and calling your power back from people who judged your body and calling your power back from people who made you feel unworthy and restoring your sense of self and your relationship with your physical body.
Feeling that beautiful light just flowing over you,
Restoring and healing every single cell in your body.
Feeling how your body is just releasing other people's old judgment and criticisms from the past which is no longer real.
And now together we're going to do affirmations and all that you have to do is listen to my voice.
