Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face.
Let go of the tension in your neck,
In your shoulders,
In your arms and your hands.
Just relax.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath.
And exhale.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
They are not serving you right now.
This time is for you.
So just relax.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Quiet your mind some more.
Ask to let go of the tension,
Of the stress,
The worries,
The concerns.
Just be in the moment.
Be here now.
Don't worry,
Don't think.
Just be.
Just be.
One more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And then go to your heart center and say from there,
Quietly,
Inside yourself or out loud,
I ask and intend to remember,
To deeply,
Deeply remember on a cellular level the formula that I have used to switch to appear in this physical form from my original divine DNA.
And I now ask to only experience the truth.
I allow it,
This truth,
To be retrieved as needed at the appropriate time.
And I now ask to let go of my anxiety,
My need to know and to control this process.
I ask to just be in a place of perfect faith and trust.
And I now ask and intend to trust that my spirit self,
My spirit family and my creator will assist me in this process.
I ask to be fully guided,
To be protected,
To be loved in every moment.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I expand out my energy field 360 degrees and I merge with my spirit self.
I ask to be merged with my own spirit self at the edge of my energy field.
And I ask to raise my vibration to make that connection.
I now ask and intend to be at peace with where I am,
With who I am at this moment in time.
And I ask to be totally detached from any outcome of this experience.
I ask to simply merge with truth.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now imagine that I am travelling up through my own beam of light,
All the way,
While I remain very anchored in this physical body.
I am projecting my consciousness upwards through a very clear and precise beam of light.
I just imagine that I rise up,
Like being in an elevator,
While I am perfectly projected within my own beam of light.
As I follow this beam all the way up,
I now arrive at the centre of the galaxy.
And I stop there for a moment.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now ask to continue travelling through space.
And I ask to arrive at the source,
At the centre of this universe,
Where I will retrieve the information that I need.
I may or may have not begun my journey at this centre,
It doesn't matter.
I am now simply retrieving the information I need from this location,
From this consciousness.
And as I find myself at the centre of this universe,
I take a moment to merge with the consciousness of my creator there.
I just feel and allow.
And as I feel fully merged,
I don't think,
I don't question,
I don't analyse.
I just feel.
I just feel.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I merge even more.
I merge fully with the consciousness of my creator.
And as I feel fully merged,
I allow myself to integrate that information that I need at this time.
Organically,
Spontaneously.
I simply allow it to be.
I don't make anything happen.
Just keep breathing.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I merge even more with the energy of my creator.
How does it feel?
And as I feel that I am one,
That I am fully merged with the consciousness of my creator,
I ask my human brain to remember this merging.
I allow myself to absorb this energy and this merging experience even deeper and deeper.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I feel even more merged.
I am fully merged.
And now I ask to experience how I was first created.
I just experience.
I don't think or do anything.
It's like I'm watching a movie.
I am the observer.
And I ask to experience myself coming out of my direct creator's energy.
And I'm beginning to form an identity or a being.
I just observe.
What do I look like?
What do I feel like?
I focus on the feeling.
How does it feel?
I don't guess,
I just feel.
What does that being emerging from creator feel like?
I focus on my connection to my creator.
How close,
How deep,
How permanent it is.
And I see it.
Even as I come out of this energy,
I am still connected.
And yet I have a unique form,
A unique identity.
I focus on that identity.
What does this type of being do?
What is that type of being?
How does it feel?
And how does this type of being proliferate or expand the universe and consciousness further while keeping,
Being connected to creator at all times?
I just observe,
I just feel.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now imagine that I am now simply taking a trip,
Traveling away from home which is the center of this universe.
Bringing with me that first expression,
My true divine being and DNA.
I am going on a journey expanding the universe while I always remain connected to my divine creator,
To my source.
I can have any experience I want.
This is pure unconditional love from my creator for me.
He is simply there allowing me,
Supporting me.
So now I am simply on this journey with my true divine being and DNA always integrated.
How does it look?
What kind of shape does it have?
Is it oval,
A beam,
Is it round?
There are no rules.
What is the shape of this energy?
It is what it is.
This is the original me.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that I am continuing on my trip,
Carrying my original divine form all the way throughout the universe.
And I now arrive at the galaxy,
The Milky Way.
And here from this point,
I now have chosen to take on the human form.
I am about to continue my journey all the way to Earth.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I continue to carry that original divine form through space.
And I imagine that I am now arriving at the edge of the Earth grid.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now ask and intend to fast forward to the time of my current incarnation.
My original divine form is still at the edge of the Earth grid.
And I am now about to change form,
While I still keep being focused on my divine form at the edge of the Earth grid.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that from my pineal gland in the center of my brain,
A mathematical formula is generated.
A mathematical formula is being generated from the pineal gland in my divine brain.
I allow it to be.
I just watch.
I don't make it happen,
I don't force it.
I just watch how this formula comes out of my own brain,
Even as I hold the divine shape.
I allow this formula to appear.
And as I focus on these numbers or mathematical equations and these formulas,
I imagine that it is contained within a sphere of light around my energetic body.
I am still in this divine shape at the edge of the grid.
And this formula,
These numbers,
This mathematical equation appears in front of me.
It is in front of me,
It is around me.
I see it,
I sense it,
I notice it.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I start to absorb these numbers.
I absorb the formula.
I just imagine.
I just imagine and intend that I absorb the entire equation and formula into my being.
And I now imagine that this formula is fully integrated within every cell of my being still at the edge of the earth grid.
It is still at the level of my divine shape at the edge of the grid.
And I focus on absorbing and integrating the formula there.
I hold this formula within my being.
And then from my heart center,
I say quietly,
I now ask and intend to awaken this formula within me now.
I ask and intend to release my need to know everything about how it works so that I don't interfere with the process.
I choose to let go of how this formula will appear to me,
How it will manifest and when.
I simply choose,
Ask and intend to awaken to it now.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I just let go.
And from this place,
From my entire divine shape right at the earth grid,
I now begin to visualize another shape.
And that other shape is my current human DNA.
It is not born quite yet.
I come closer to the earth,
To the approximate location of my birth.
And there is another DNA.
This is my current human shape.
This DNA contains all the human information about my human shape that I have right now.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I simply imagine that this DNA is now simply appearing as the current body that I am in right now.
I'm bypassing the birth and all of that.
This DNA is my current human body.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine.
I take a moment to imagine that the formula that I created and invented began with me.
The divine me at the earth grid.
And it ends with me in this physical body,
In this physical shape.
It is continuous.
This body,
This human shape,
Is simply an aspect of the other me.
It is one and the same.
And it is held together by this one formula.
My divine DNA and my human DNA are one formula.
And so I now focus on my physical body as I take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on my heart and I say quietly,
I now ask and intend to use the same organic formula that allows me to return to my original shape and to my original divine self when it is time.
Every cell of my physical body,
My current physical body,
Will retrieve this formula at the right time and will know exactly what to do so that it may instantly return to my original divine self.
I choose this process of exiting my physical shape when it is time.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on this one continuous,
Seamlessly connected formula.
And I allow myself,
From this place,
From this human perspective,
To feel the seamless,
Continuous connection between me in this physical body and between my divine aspect up at the grid and my original connection to my own creator.
I see it.
I feel it.
I sense it.
It is still here.
It is still the same.
Nothing has changed.
It is one and the same frequency and energy.
It is one and the same formula.
I now ask to embrace my physical form,
This human physical form.
I ask to allow it to be.
I ask and intend to allow this physical shape to function at the highest,
Purest form possible.
And I ask and intend and I choose that this physical shape,
In this lifetime,
Is the instrument of the divine father and my creator at the highest level possible.
In the purest form possible.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Take a deep breath out.
I focus on my heart.
I ask to feel very grounded,
Present and alive within my body.
And slowly,
Slowly,
Whenever I'm ready,
I open my eyes.
