Take a deep breath in,

Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Bring your focus to your heart,
To this moment in time.
And again,
Take a deep,
Deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Just bring your focus to your heart in this moment in time and say,
I ask an intent to create a sacred space.
I ask to let go of all the distracting thoughts,
Distracting information,
Distracting energy.
My intent is to let go of the old pattern of being stuck in a physical cycle and to experience and express who I really am through my physical being so that I can be at peace with who I really am.
So that I can feel truth,
Joy,
And real,
Unconditional love.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale through my mouth,
I expand from my heart 360 degrees and I put myself in a sphere of light.
As I begin to focus on the energy inside that sphere of light,
I imagine that that is my physical boundary,
The one that creates the separation.
Inside this boundary are all the patterns that keep me stuck there.
I begin to focus on one area in my life that I really,
Truly,
Deeply want to resolve now.
Once and for all.
I take a moment from my heart and I say,
I really,
Really want happiness in this area of my life.
I focus on this one area as I say,
I am ready.
I want to be fulfilled and experience inner peace and love in this area of my life.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that inside this boundary,
Inside this sacred space that I have created,
All sorts of information is there.
I don't know what it is.
I don't need to know what it is.
The patterns that keep me blocked,
That keep popping up,
Energies,
Little particles are all there and I just bring them up.
I begin to see,
Sense all kind of particles,
All kind of stuff,
Without knowing what it is.
I focus on all these particles inside my sacred space and I say,
I am finally letting go.
Once and for all.
I focus on them and I breathe in.
And as I exhale,
I purge them.
I imagine that I am pushing them out.
I visualize them being purged,
Coming out of my boundary.
They just dissolve.
And I notice some energies that are still kind of stuck there.
I continue to allow this release.
I don't have to know what it is.
I just say,
I don't care.
I just want it gone.
I want relief from these old patterns.
Again,
I breathe in.
And as I exhale,
I purge them.
I push them outside my sacred space.
And I now focus on the boundary that ends on my skin.
Basically,
Just my physical body.
The container,
The physical container.
My physical body.
I ask to focus and to bring up all the patterns.
The conscious,
Subconscious beliefs,
Emotions.
Anything that is stopping me from being truly,
Truly happy in this area of my life.
I don't have to know what it is.
I just bring it up.
My consciousness knows.
I feel clutter.
I feel things.
I focus on all these things inside my body.
And I say,
I ask and intend to finally release,
Once and for all,
Those patterns that keep me stuck.
That are preventing me from really being happy in this area in my life.
And I breathe in.
And as I exhale,
Again,
I push them out.
I purge them,
All of these particles.
They come out of my skin and they dissolve.
Into my sacred space.
And then,
Outside that boundary,
They totally dissolve and disappear.
I bring my focus back to my heart and I say,
I ask and intend to release my fears,
My blocks,
My subconscious beliefs,
That are preventing me from really experiencing who I really am.
And being fully who I really am.
I am letting go of the old patterns,
The beliefs and the blocks,
The boundary between my physical aspect and who I really am.
I am letting go.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine all sorts of particles leaving my heart,
Leaving my lungs,
Leaving my digestive system,
Leaving my liver,
Leaving my kidneys.
My liver is purging,
My lungs,
My throat,
My brain,
My skull,
My skeleton.
Every cell in my body,
Every cell in my body is purging,
Is purging out these particles that do not longer serve me.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I'm just imagining that I'm purging more and more all sorts of information,
All sorts of particles.
I don't have to know what or how.
I just visualize and imagine things leaving my body.
I just let it go.
I just let it go.
And by doing that,
I feel lighter and lighter,
Clearer and clearer.
And I allow my body and all my physical cells to continue this process.
I am letting go.
And so it is.

And exhale.
