Hello and welcome,
I'm Emily Hayden and I'm so glad that you've joined me today.
And this is a morning manifestation meditation.
A short daily practice to call in what you truly desire from the only place manifestation truly works from.
Inside your body from a regulated worthy safe place because my friend you are so worthy of everything that you want to achieve.
And before we begin I want to say to you why this kind of manifestation works when other kinds often don't.
Most manifestation teachings ask you to want to imagine to visualize to affirm and these things are very powerful in their own right.
There's also an added piece that almost no one talks about,
The state your body is in while you are doing those things.
If you try to manifest from a stressed,
Anxious,
Striving nervous system where you're feeling that lack,
Not enoughness,
The universe,
Your subconscious,
Your own life,
All respond to the signal of your feelings,
Of how your body is in that moment,
Not the words.
If you manifest from a regulated nervous system from a body that already feels safe worthy and held that signal changes.
You become a person who is already in the life that you want so you're not chasing it you're embodying it.
And that is the state from which things move towards you.
So today we're not just going to call in what we want,
We are going to come to ourselves first.
Coming to the safe,
Worthy,
Regulated place within you.
And from there the calling in becomes effortless.
So wherever you are right now,
I want you to get nice and comfortable and you can be seated.
Or you can just be laying down on your sofa or your bed wherever you are.
Just feel that support beneath you now.
And feel that support really holding you in this moment.
And just place one hand on your chest.
And the other on your belly.
Fill your own warmth.
Your own presence.
Your own heartbeat.
Just feel your whole body here being held in this moment.
And just take a slow breath in through your nose drawing in this new day,
This new opportunity.
And exhale a long,
Slow breath out.
Again,
Drawing in possibility as you breathe in.
And exhale releasing anything that doesn't serve you today.
And one more time,
Breathing in all the way down into your belly,
Filling yourself with the air of this beautiful morning.
And exhale out slowly letting your shoulders drop down,
Letting your body soften here.
And now I want you to really feel something in your body,
Not think it but really feel it now.
Just imagine that the version of you who already has the life you want whether it's the home,
The love.
The jaw.
The freedom,
The money,
Whatever it is.
That version of you is here in your body right now.
And just notice how that feels.
Hopefully you feel calm,
Grounded.
Moving slowly because you completely trust yourself.
You breathe deeply because you are safe.
And just feel that version of you.
Your shoulders are down,
Soft.
Your chest is open and easy,
Ready to receive.
Your belly full and feeling at peace.
And this version of you is not waiting for her life to begin.
She is already living it today in this body in this breath.
And here is the secret.
You don't have to wait.
You can step into that state right now.
Regulating your nervous system,
By feeling safe in your body in this present moment and trusting that what is yours,
What is meant to be yours is already on its way.
So now from this grounded embodied place.
I want you to bring to mind what you are calling in.
What you truly want in your life.
Today,
This week.
This year,
This lifetime.
And it might be one big thing or little small ones.
It might be a feeling more than a thing.
Whatever rises up,
Just let it come.
What do you truly desire?
And now rather than wishing for it,
I want you to feel it as if it's already happening,
Already arrived.
And just feel it in your body now,
The way it would feel to receive that thing you truly desire.
Your shoulders relax because it's here,
The worry is over.
The fears are gone,
Your chest is open.
The love has arrived,
The wealth,
The abundance,
The home,
The holiday.
Whatever it is,
Just feel your whole body full,
Excited,
Grateful.
Because the thing you truly desire is here right now.
Notice how your body feels now that you have.
Your true desire.
Perhaps you may feel some relief,
Joy,
Peace.
And now just silently in your mind I want you to repeat.
I am ready to receive this.
I am ready to receive this.
I trust myself fully and completely.
I trust myself fully and completely.
I am safe in my body and from this safety I am ready to receive.
I am so worthy of what I am calling in.
Not because I have to prove anything,
But because I am here and ready.
I am worthy of what I am calling in.
Not because I have to prove anything.
But because I am here and ready to receive.
What is mine is already on its way.
I don't need to chase.
I only need to be ready.
What is mine is already on its way.
I do not need to chase.
I only need to be ready.
And today,
You'll move through your day as the version of you who already has what you truly want.
Feeling calmer,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling open because you trust.
You don't worry about the how,
You just take action of the things you truly want because you believe you are so worthy of them.
And life is meeting you in ways that you may not be able to see right now.
And you receive because you are truly worthy.
You speak to yourself every day with love and kindness from now on.
You're going to be your own biggest cheerleader,
Reminding yourself every day of how worthy you are of all the things you want to achieve and receive.
Now when you're ready say out loud or just in your mind,
Universe I am so ready.
Universe I am so excited to see all the incredible things that you have in store for me today.
And just feel that excitement rise in your body.
Feel that excitement rising,
Growing,
Flooding your entire body.
It feels good,
Right?
When you're ready just take one final deep breath in through the nose drawing in this day,
This body,
This excitement,
This life.
And as you exhale,
Feel your body being held once again by that support beneath you Feeling into that version of you that you stepped into in this practice.
And you'll carry them with you into your day.
Feeling grounded,
Feeling calm,
Trusting everything that's meant to be yours is already on its way.
This practice works best repeated so I invite you to repeat this for at least the next 21 mornings.
