Morning manifestation meditation, from a hypnotherapist's perspective. Most manifestation work asks you to want from a place of lack. This meditation does the opposite. We will first regulate your nervous system and bring you into your body, because manifestation actually works when you feel safe and worthy, not when you are striving. From this grounded, embodied place, you will call in what you want for your life, your day, your future. You will step into the version of you who already has what she's calling in, and let your day rise to meet her. How to use: Listen first thing in the morning, ideally before reaching for your phone.
