'Returning to the body as Earth, and to the Earth through the body, in remembrance of our True Nature.' Her approach through Embodied Nature Movement, invites you to move from the inside out, attuning to your somatic sense of self, the intuitive, feeling body and its non-linear pathways of expression: spirals, waves, ripples, and circles. She weaves together grounding embodied meditations, breathwork, somatic movement tools to expand your movement vocabulary, and embodied dance journeys that guide you through an exploration of your body and the archetypes of Nature. Rooted in the sacred rhythms of the Earth, her work is deeply inspired by her time studying traditional healing practices and pathways to wholeness around the world, in India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia to Central & South America, and the Peruvian Andes, where she rooted down for four years, learning directly from the land and the sacred ancestral wisdom keepers. Today she integrates all that she has learnt over the last decade, weaving it all together in her offerings, for others to have a direct experience of their own unique embodiment and connection to Source.
