Surrendering to the divine unfolding of the unknown.
For this meditation,
Make sure you take the time to get as comfortable as you can,
Whether you're sitting,
Lying down,
Or standing up.
Do your best to be in stillness for this meditation,
And take time to pause this recording now if you need more time to settle.
Begin to bring your awareness into your breath,
Noticing and observing how your breath is without judgment,
Where it is in your body,
If it's shallow,
If it's deep,
If it's hard to breathe,
Or if it's the easiest breath you've taken all day.
Begin to intentionally deepen your inhale,
Breathing in fresh oxygen into your lungs,
Fully,
Fully,
And completely,
Holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Releasing all stagnant energy,
Anything that is not serving you in this space,
Knowing it can be released.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding at the top before exhaling fully and completely.
If you wish to accept some Reiki energy healing in this meditation,
Simply agree in your mind's eye or out loud to consent to the healing.
Feel free to set any additional intentions of where you would like the healing energy to go,
But know that this healing will take place where it needs to.
If you feel that you have any feelings or emotions or sensations in your body arise,
Please know that this is a safe time and space to feel them completely and wholly.
Allow yourself to feel any feelings or emotions that may come up in this meditation with compassion and grace,
Knowing that they are just temporary and here in the present.
Taking another deep breath in through your nose,
Holding at the top before exhaling fully and completely,
Trying to have an exhale that is a bit longer than your inhale.
Another deep breath,
Just like that.
Inhaling deeply and fully through your nose,
Holding at the top before exhaling fully and completely.
Begin to bring your awareness into the center of your chest where your heart is.
Begin to breathe deeply into your heart center,
Having a moment of gratitude for your beating heart,
Helping pump blood across your entire body,
Allowing you to be alive here and now in this miraculous,
Blessed life.
As you inhale into your heart center,
You begin to notice a bright,
Loving light.
From the depths of your soul,
Starting to sparkle and glow from your heart center.
Feeling this light beginning in your heart center,
Expanding and growing bigger and brighter with each breath you take.
Feel this light expanding across your entire body,
From above your head to beneath your toes,
Feeling this glittering,
Glistening light pulsing out of your heart.
Begin to expand this light across the room that you are in.
Knowing that there is nowhere that you need to be but here and now in this healing light.
Invite in your highest self to greet you here in the light of your soul.
There is nothing that can harm you here.
You may ask your ego to take a step aside as you invite in your highest self to be here with you now.
Take this time to sit with your higher self,
Knowing and trusting that the divine unfolding of the unknown is on its way,
That in divine timing,
Everything will begin to fall into place and make more sense than it appears right here,
Right now.

You may feel called to send it out even further across the entire earth and universe to hold the earth in your love,
Knowing that she is healing as you heal yourself,
That each day you choose peace,
Happiness and satisfaction and joy.
You are helping the earth as you help yourself.
Once you feel complete with sending your light across the globe,
Begin to feel back into your heart space until you can feel your heart beating in your chest.
You may feel called to place a hand over your heart and take a few deep breaths,
Getting back into your body,
Back into the space that you are in,
Having a moment of gratitude for taking a few minutes out of your day to ground and meditate,
To heal and being open to the divine unfolding of this miraculous life.
When you feel ready,
Rubbing your hands together gently and placing them over your eyes before you gently blink your eyes open with a smile,
Coming back into the space,
Noticing what you can see around you,
The colors,
Any smells,
If you can smell and if you can hear any distant noise,
Having a moment of gratitude again for your beating heart and for taking time to connect with the light in your soul.
