Before beginning this meditation,
Make sure that you take the time to get comfortable.
Notice how your body is feeling in this here and now moment without judging it or trying to change it.
Notice if there are any sensations in your body that have tension or soreness.
And taking a deep breath in.
Holding at the top.
Before exhaling fully and completely.
Letting go of the day.
Letting go of anticipation or expectations of what you will experience in this meditation.
Allow yourself to be here now.
Deepening your breath.
Holding your breath at the top after inhaling.
And seeing if you can exhale slowly,
Longer than your inhale.
Trying to deepen each breath to be a little bit longer.
Than before.
On your next breath.
Releasing stagnant energy and tension.
Through the bottom of your feet and your spine.
Down into Mother Earth,
As if there were roots growing out through the bottoms of your feet.
Connecting you.
To Lady Gaia.
Knowing that she can transmute,
Clear,
And release what no longer serves you.
What is no longer yours to hold on to.
And any negative densities or lower vibrations.
You can send them down through the earth,
Melting away from your body,
Your mind,
Your soul,
And your spirit.
Notice how your emotional body is feeling,
Your mind.
Holding space,
And knowing this is a safe place to feel your feelings as they arise.
Not trying to change them,
Just noticing.
How are you feeling right here?
Right now.
Moving into your spiritual body.
Your energy body.
How are you feeling?
Are you feeling.

Grounded,
Like you need protection.
Are you feeling confused or maybe you don't know?
That is okay.
Just noticing.
Taking another deep breath in.
Holding at the top for just a moment.
And taking in another little sip of inhale.
A little bit more breath.
Before exhaling.
Fully,
Fully,
And completely letting go of the breath.
On your next inhale.
Begin to sense,
Feel,
Imagine,
Trust,
Know.
Or visualize there is a bright light.
From the center of your heart space.
Feeling this bright light.
Shifting.
Into the bud of a rose.
Feeling this bud forming in your heart space,
Merging with the light of your soul.
And as you inhale,
The bud grows brighter and bigger.
And as you exhale,
You begin to understand,
See,
Feel,
Sense,
Or trust.
That the bird begins to bloom.
Into a beautiful pink rose of unconditional love.
As you breathe in,
Feeling this rose expanding around your heart space,
Glittering with the light of your soul.
Surrounding your heart in this unconditional love.
Seeing the petals expanding and blooming and opening with each breath you take.
You might even smell the sweet fragrance of this rose.
Continue to breathe at a pace that is comfortable for you.
And feel this rose expanding even bigger.
Until the petals have grown and expanded around your head.
All the way down to your toes.
This beautiful,
Bright,
Shimmering,
Glittering,
Healing rose surrounds your entire being.
And unconditional love.
And light.
If you consent to it.
I will begin channeling Reiki healing.

All you have to do is be open and say yes in your mind's eye.
Begin to imagine this bright light.
From above your head.
Swirling down through the top of your head,
Meeting your forehead,
Your throat.
Down through your shoulders and arms and your heart space,
Down through your stomach and your navel,
Your solar plexus,
Down through your sacral,
Down around your pelvis,
Through your root,
The lower part of your spine,
Your tailbone,
And all the way down your legs,
Merging with the light of the rose.
Sit in this beautiful healing light.
Knowing that any intentions you set will be honored for this healing.

Gently wiggling your toes and fingers.
And softly blinking your eyes open with a smile if they were closed.
Taking your time to get back into the space.
