No moon meditation.
Make sure you are in a comfortable position.
If you have any tension in your body,
You can try to massage it out.
Just kind of squeezing and taking a deep breath and releasing it.
Maybe moving your neck around in a circle.
Just get in a comfortable position.
Whether that's sitting,
Standing,
Or lying down,
Whatever you feel called to do,
Listen to yourself.
And start by taking a few really deep breaths.
Inhaling through the nose.
And holding your inhale at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
And just noticing how your body feels without judgment.
Just listening,
Seeing if there's any part of your body that has more tension than the other.
Anything that feels loose.
If you have any soreness or pain,
Just accepting it and knowing that you're allowed to release this tension,
Any soreness.
And take a few more deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and pausing at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
And we're starting this meditation with the body scan.
So without judgment,
Just observing,
Bring your mind's eye to the top of your head,
To your crown.
And just observe how your body is feeling.
And moving down through the back of your neck,
Into your left shoulder.
Moving down,
Just observing how your body is feeling.
Down your left arm,
Past your elbow,
Into your wrist.
Down through the palm of your hand and through each of your fingers.
And moving back up into the right shoulder.
And again,
Release any and all judgment that may be coming up.
And know it's okay if any thoughts are coming in,
Allow them to pass by and release them with gratitude and grace.
If you're having a hard time focusing,
That's okay.
Moving down the right arm,
Passing the elbow,
All the way down past the wrist,
Into the palm of your hand and to each finger.
And then moving into your heart center,
Around your chest,
Just moving down your torso.
Down your back,
Moving into your hips and your pelvic area.
And going down the left leg,
Past your thigh,
Past your knee.
Moving down past your calf,
Into the ankle,
Into the foot,
Your left foot,
Across the ball of your foot,
And to each individual toe.
And then moving back up the left leg into the right leg,
Into the right hip,
Moving down the right leg.
Moving past the thigh,
Past the knee,
And again,
Just observing without judgment how it is you're feeling,
How it is your body is holding against the air.
Moving past your ankle,
Into your foot,
Into the heel,
All the way to each individual toe.
And allow yourself to just sit here and take a moment of gratitude for just being aware and observing how it is your body is feeling without judgment,
Just accepting who you are for where you are today.
And on your next inhale,
See,
Feel,
Or imagine a bright light at the top of your head.
See this light expanding across your entire body and feel the warmth and the love and the light.
And see it sparkling across your entire auric field.
And then using your imagination or your mind's eye,
Find yourself in a garden and feel your feet connecting to the earth,
Feeling yourself grounded,
And sensing the new moon's energy and magic around you.
As you walk along this garden,
There are some fresh fruit growing from the plants,
Some other plants that have yet to sprout.
Beautiful trees and flowers around you.
Maybe you see a beautiful bird or a bunny.
Just noticing what's around you in this garden.
As you walk around the garden,
You see a path leading to a meadow.
Talk to this meadow and know that you are safe here.
As you walk along,
Feel the grass beneath your feet,
Maybe the soil.
It's a beautiful day.
The sun is shining bright.
There is magic in the air.
Allow yourself to do what you feel called to do in this meadow,
Whether that's to lay down or sit down on the grass or to dance around and walk around this meadow.
Maybe you are met with the presence of a guide or loved one.
Allow yourself to be open to the magic energy in this meadow.
Maybe you're just sitting with your higher self too and that's okay.
You can start to envision what it is you want your life to look like,
Maybe in a year from now and five years from now,
If there were no limits to what your life could be.
Allow yourself to daydream and feel the excitement and joy and pleasure and love of your highest timeline.
Know that you are allowed to live in your highest timeline and receive all of your dreams,
Wants,
Desires and needs.
There is nothing that is impossible.
There are no limits to the magical life you are allowed to live.
Feel into your heart center the amount of love you have for this desired life.
Know that your dreams are allowed to become your reality.
Feel in your solar plexus or around your stomach area the joy and the light and the confidence flowing in the pleasure and love and security and stability of the potential of your future.
Know that this meadow is a safe space that you can come back to at any time.
A safe space to dream,
To plan,
To envision what your life will be like.
When you're ready,
Thank the ground beneath you and the beautiful sky above.
Have gratitude for taking a moment to envision your dreams and your desired reality,
Your highest timeline that is flowing to you with ease and speed for the greatest and highest good of all with harm to none.
Have a moment of gratitude for taking the time to get grounded.
Think yourself and you can walk back into the garden when you are ready and just noticing that the flowers look a little bit more brighter,
That the blooms have bloomed just a little bit more and maybe you're noticing that any plants that have not yet sprouted are starting to sprout.
Have patience and know that when you set the intentions for your dreams to come into reality,
They may take time but you have already started planting the seeds and just as it takes time for the roots to grow,
Will it take time for them to blossom?
But once they do,
You will feel and reap the rewards of your beautiful plants knowing that they are growing at a rapid pace whether or not you can see the sprouting.
Only when you feel ready,
You can come back to the body and just feel your skin,
Whatever it's touching against your clothes or your bed or your seat or your couch or the air and take some deep breaths coming back into the body.
Having some gratitude for yourself for taking the time to meditate today.
When you feel ready,
You can start to wiggle your toes and fingers or maybe move your head from side to side and slowly blink open your eyes.
If you feel called,
You can place a hand on your heart and just take a few deep breaths feeling into the love and gratitude and magic that you've just come in contact with.
Feeling into your heart center,
Knowing that you can return here at any point.
