Make sure you take time now to get into a comfortable position.
Maybe bring a journal and a pen or something nearby,
Just in case any messages come to you throughout this meditation and the purpose and intention of this meditation is really getting grounded in this new moon energy,
Allowing ourselves to be open to the most divine pathway,
Not getting caught up in the details and allowing ourselves to really feel and enjoy that big picture of where we would like to be.
So making sure that you're comfortable sitting,
Standing,
Laying down,
Focusing in on your breath,
Feeling your exhale versus your inhale,
The difference of temperature,
Feeling your body,
The weight of your skin on whatever surface you are touching,
Whether it's the ground,
The air,
A bed,
A chair,
Grass,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up your entire diaphragm and your lungs with air and holding at the top for just a few moments.
And holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely releasing any stress,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Anticipation of what we're doing or where we're going,
Just releasing this and focusing in on the breath,
How it feels as you inhale,
As your body slowly expands open.
And as you exhale,
As it comes back down,
See if you can tune in and feel your heart beating,
Whether or not your hand is over your heart,
Just feel into the beat,
Having a moment of gratitude for being alive,
For experiencing this lifetime,
Exactly how you are experiencing it.
Allow yourself to observe any soreness,
Aches or pains in the body without judgment,
Just noticing them and sending them love,
Taking in a deep breath with your mind's eye in the area of this spot or spots of soreness or aches or pain.
And on the exhale,
Sending light and love,
Feeling it breaking through,
Releasing the darkness,
Soreness.
On your next exhale,
See,
Feel or imagine roots growing out of the bottom of your spine.
Feel these roots growing out of the bottom of your spine,
Feel the bottom of your spine,
Feel these roots growing deeper into the ground,
Passing through the floor until they reach,
Wrap around and coil around the crystalline core center of the earth,
Holding and grounding you here in Mother Earth's love.
You might feel warm or tingles here,
But knowing that Mother Earth is holding us and she is recycling any old or negative energies,
Low densities,
Frequencies or vibrations that no longer serve us in this lifetime or in any other past,
Present,
Future,
Releasing and transmuting.
On your next inhale,
See,
Feel,
Imagine,
Trust,
Know or believe there's a bright light surging and forming around your heart center.
Feel this light expanding beyond your heart,
Through your throat,
All the way through the back of your head and neck into the crown of your head,
Passing your face,
Going back through your heart,
All the way down your rib cage,
Through your stomach,
Passing your belly button,
Passing your pelvis,
Passing down through your knees,
All the way down to your ankles,
Your toes.
Feeling this light surging through your entire body,
Growing even stronger and brighter above your head and beneath your feet,
Sensing,
Imagining or sending this light so that it envelops your entire room,
Home,
Building,
Town,
City,
State,
Country,
Continent,
Until this light has completely enfolded our entire globe.
Start to imagine yourself walking towards a lake,
Feeling the fresh ground beneath your feet,
And with every step,
Making the energetic exchange of a mouth-to-mouth kiss with each step,
Not literally kissing the floor,
Unless that's what you feel called to do,
But with each step,
Sending out the energy as if you were giving a kiss to Mother Earth,
With each step towards this beautiful lake.
There is nothing that can harm you here.
You are safe.
Nothing in this lake that can harm you.
This is a lake of pure oneness and light,
Love,
Joy,
And healing.
Just looking into the water has amazing healing benefits.
You may feel called to go up to the lake,
Dip your toes in,
Grab a water with your hand to drink or to pour over your head,
Or to completely submerge yourself in the water,
To float in the water.
Do what you feel called to do,
Knowing that this water has been illuminated by the new moon energy.
It is crystalline energy in this water that in this water that purifies and cleanses you from any harm.
Take a moment to relax here and be open to any messages that the water may have for you.
Notice if you see any flowers or trees around this lake or any animals or insects,
They might have a message for you as well.
So open your heart and your mind to listen and to be with no expectations and I will guide you back when it's time.
Take your time and when you're ready,
Say thank you to this beautiful lake and all its healing and what it has offered to you.
Know that this is a safe place that you are welcome to come back to at any time,
Regardless of what phase of the moon it is.
Say thank you to this lake for its wisdom that it's shared with you and say thank you to any guides that may have joined this journey,
Any ancestors or spirits that wanted to give you a message.
Start making your way out of this lake and walking back,
Feeling the ground beneath your feet and sending love with each step.
Slowly,
Slowly start feeling your body back where it is in the space you are in.
Taking in a deep breath in through the nose and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Feeling the sensation of the air against your skin,
Any clothes,
Cloth,
Blankets or textures around you,
Just tuning into them.
And on your next deep breath,
Introduce some slow soft movement,
Maybe wiggling your toes and fingers,
Moving your head from side to side or up and down,
Giving yourself a big stretch and bringing your hands together in a prayer position in front of your heart.
Rubbing your hands together,
Feeling the warmth being generated between your hands and then placing your hands over your eyes,
Feeling this rush of love and gratitude washing over your entire body,
Having a moment of gratitude for taking time out of your day to connect with this new moon energy,
Meditating and being in stillness.
Have a moment of gratitude for being alive today,
For having internet access,
For being able to tune in with every other meditator here on this app.
Having gratitude for the sun in the sky,
The rain and the clouds,
The wind and the breezes that come through,
The trees and all plants and animals that are here sharing this earth with us.
Having a moment of gratitude for your heartbeat,
Feeling it beat within your chest,
Within your body,
Pumping you with fresh life force energy each and every second,
Every moment,
Every day.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes and releasing your hands,
Noticing the colors and sensations of what you see,
Taste,
Smell,
Hear,
Notice or witness in your space.
And coming back,
Being here now.
And take a sigh of relief,
Maybe give yourself a hug,
Squeeze your arms tight.
