Explore MeditationAndrew is a certified public school teacher in Canada. He recently switched career paths in order to focus on his health and well-being. Coping with a life-long inflammatory disease has created some real challenges in his life. There was a 3 year period where he suffered from daily panic attacks, mental health issues and severe anxiety. As a result, he developed strategies to help manage stress without pharmaceuticals. He has found both Strength and Calming through mediation and art. His goal is to share his knowledge, experience and passion of art with the insight community to help others find their own inner peace.
