My name is Saloni and I'd like to thank you for joining me in this sleep session so to begin take a few moments now to make yourself comfortable and maybe extend your body to its full and natural length and gently allow any tension or tightness in and around your neck and your shoulders to gradually dissolve as you start to feel a sense of calm starting to feel a sense of relaxation flowing down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and you might want to imagine this sense of calmness and relaxation as a soothing light that slowly and gently eases its way into every muscle every nerve and every fiber soothing softening relaxing and refreshing everything it touches as it flows gently around your body and just notice how good it feels to simply lay there now with no particular place to be no particular place to go no particular place to go to simply enjoy this valuable time for yourself allowing every part of your body to slowly and just being aware now of your head resting on that soft pillow and your body relaxing down into your bed and of the muscles around your eye relaxing all of the tension draining away and your eyelids whether they are still open or if they're already closed feeling so and if your eyelids are not already closed just close them now close them now and allow that wonderful sensation to fill your body the sensation of disengaging from the outside world and of embracing the positive sanctuary of your own inner space and it's okay to be aware of the sounds around you whilst you journey deeper and deeper down into this state for they are just a simple reminder that you're right where you want to be where you choose to be relaxing and letting go for sleep and so as that soothing light moves slowly down your chest your stomach around and through your hip through your pelvis area just go ahead and scan your entire body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes and if there is any area that is feeling especially tired sore or simply in need of some extra attention you can by using the power of your mind send more of that warm healing light at the exact spot right now and as you continue to relax just continue to enjoy the healing sensation of that light moving down through your thigh and your calf loosening all of those tight muscles nerves and fibers and notice how good it feels when that light moves around your feet and your toes refreshing those tired feet and spreading outwards into each individual toe and as your mind continues to quieten just allow my voice to wash over you the small waves wash gently against the smooth sandy shoreline and turn your attention to your breathing and allow that rhythmical rising and falling of your chest allow it to continue to guide you down into a state of deep,

Deep rest and deep,
Deep relaxation and allow your inner mind to visualize lying in a boat in the middle of a calm ocean gazing up at the deep,
Blue night sky there are no clouds in the sky it's just full of small,
Twinkling stars the sea is peaceful and you can smell the aroma of the salty sea air hanging in the breeze and the very gentle,
Rhythmical rocking motion of the waves lulls you closer and closer to sleepiness as the boat rocks back and for there is pure peace here and tranquility for your body now floating into intense relaxation and you can continue to enjoy your time in this private haven of peace and you can visit at any time as you move into that dreamy and surreal state between awareness and deep,
Deep sleep as you continue your journey towards sleep your whole body now feeling softened and loosened and that wonderful sense of calm washing over your entire sense of being drifting relaxing into deep restful sleep
