From there, you’ll be gently led through a full-body relaxation, softening each area step by step. Starting with your face, forehead, and eyelids, you’ll release the tightness that builds up through the day. Your shoulders, neck, arms, and hands will follow, growing lighter and softer with each breath. As you move down through the chest, belly, and pelvis, tension melts away, leaving space for calm stillness. Finally, your legs and feet sink into peaceful rest, supported fully by the bed beneath you. With every part of your body soothed and released, your mind becomes quieter, and ready for deep rest.
