This practice combines Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) with guided visualization, helping you to release old stories and cultivate strong emotional boundaries. This practice is for you if you would like to learn how to support others without absorbing their pain and suffering. If you'd like to re-write the story that if someone you care about is suffering, you must suffer too. The first part of this practice is guided tapping, and the second part is a guided visualization to help feel into your strong emotional boundaries, and your calm, peaceful center.
