Hello and welcome to today's tapping meditation.
Today we are tapping to create the perfect day.

In this recording,
I talk about the benefits of tapping and we learn the tapping points and how to do this.
But for those of you that are ready,
Let's get going.
How did you wake up today?
What were you feeling when you woke?
How would you like to create the feelings of your choice?
To feel the emotions that you want to feel?
Ask yourself,
How do I want to experience this day?
And this is a short tapping.
So we're going to jump right in tapping on the inside of the eyebrows.
And as you tap here,
Repeat after me,
I shift my energy.
I am shifting my energy.
I shift my energy.
And let's tap to the outside of the eyes.
I am tapping to elevate my energy.
I am choosing to elevate my frequency,
To elevate my energy to one that is in alignment with how I want to feel.
I am tapping to elevate my energy.
And we'll tap under the eyes.
I tap to create more energy,
To create possibilities and opportunities.
I have the ability to create higher frequency,
More energy.
I have the capacity to create more possibilities and opportunities in my life.
And I tap under my eyes and I shift the energy in my body.
And let's tap under the nose on top of the lip.
I can choose how I want to feel.
I have the ability to shift my energy.
I have the ability to shift the frequency of how I am feeling.
I get to choose.
I have the ability to choose how I feel.
And we're going to tap on the chin.
And as we tap here,
Go ahead and repeat after me.
I am in control.
I have the ability to shift how I feel.
And I am choosing.
And how do you want to feel today?
Do you want to feel more energy?
Do you want to feel more relaxed?
Do you want to feel like you're in control?
Do you want to feel a better sense of freedom?
How do you want to feel today?
I get to choose.
I get to choose how I feel.
And I am choosing to feel.
Go ahead and say it out loud.
How do you want to feel today?
And let's tap on the collarbone.
And as you tap here,
I want you to visualize yourself feeling this emotion.
How would you look?
Would there be a smile on your face?
Would your shoulders be soft?
Would your body look more relaxed?
Would you flow through your day with more ease?
Visualize yourself moving through this day,
Feeling the way that you choose.
Hold this image in your mind's eye as you tap on the collarbone.
I get to choose how I feel.
And I can visualize myself.
I see myself moving through my day with,
And fill in the blank,
With ease,
With energy,
With a sense of control.
And let's tap under the arm.
And as you visualize this person,
You,
Moving through the day,
Aligned with the emotions and the feelings that you choose,
How does your body feel?
How is your body experiencing this shift in energy?
Pay attention to how your body reacts to this change,
To this shift in frequency.
What is happening in your body?
Less tension across the shoulders?
Tightness in the belly?
A feeling of lightness?
How does your body feel?
And let's tap on the top of the head.
I'm ready to move forward now.
I'm ready to move forward with this new emotion.
I'm ready to move forward with the feelings that I choose.
Because I know that I can shift my energy at any time.
I know that it doesn't matter how I felt when I woke up.
Because I can change this.
I get to decide.
I can choose how I want to feel.
And we're tapping on the top of the head as we repeat these words.
I choose how I feel.
I have control.
And today,
I am choosing to feel.
And say that word out loud.
Share that emotion with yourself.
I feel.
And go ahead and rest your hands.
And take in a deep breath.
And know that you are ready to move through your perfect day.
That you are powerful.
And that you have the ability to shift your emotions,
Your energy,
Your frequency.
