Dear Soul,

Welcome to Inner Child Integration Series.

Today we're gonna be having a meditation on forgiveness.

I invite you to close your eyes if it is safe for you to do so.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Feel your body relax.

Feel the rhythm of your heart,

Soft and steady.

Let your body relax.

Now,

Invite your inner child to come forward.

See them standing before you,

And just observe and see how innocent,

Open,

And tender they are.

And smile at them,

And you can say to them,

I see you,

I feel you,

I am here now for you.

Let this moment be a safe space for you and your inner child.

No rush,

No fixing,

No wanting,

Just loving,

Gentle presence.

And see if you can notice what your inner child carries energetically,

Or maybe there is something they want to tell you.

Just open yourself to it,

With full acceptance,

And just listen.

Maybe there is hurt,

Or sadness,

Or fear,

Perhaps joy and laughter.

Simply breathe with this energy,

With your inner child,

Without any judgment.

I invite you to imagine a soft golden light descending on and around both of you.

This is a light of forgiveness,

Grace,

And release.

Let it touch every memory that still feels heavy.

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out pain.

I invite you now to embrace your inner child,

So they feel safe.

And together you can say,

We forgive those who didn't know better.

We forgive ourselves for holding on so tightly to past memories and energetic entanglements.

We release the past with deep forgiveness and with love.

As you're holding your inner child close,

In this light of forgiveness,

Towards yourself,

And towards others,

You can say to them softly,

We are free now.

We are safe now.

We can now move forward with love,

Kindness,

Compassion,

And forgiveness in the heart.

We are setting ourselves free through this forgiveness.

Stay in this energy for a few more breaths,

Allowing forgiveness to wash over your heart,

Your heart,

And your inner child's heart.

And if your inner child allows,

Maybe now is the good time for two hearts to join in as one with softness,

Gentleness,

And with knowing that now you are complete.
