You don't need to fix anything,
You just need to allow and let go.

Lie down comfortably.
Let your body relax,
Legs slightly apart.
Arms resting beside you.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in and exhale completely.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale letting go.
One more deep breath in and slowly release.

Bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the stillness,
Feel the support beneath you.
And allow your body to relax completely.

Bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe,
Feel the gentle flow in and out.
With every exhale,
Allow your body to soften.

Gently bring your awareness to your heart space,
The center of your chest.
Just notice how it feels.
You may feel calm or heavy or numb.
Whatever is present is okay.

If you notice a feeling,

Worry,
Hurt or anything else,
Don't push it away.
Just stay with it.
Breathe into that feeling.
And as you exhale,
Imagine giving it space.
Not resistance,
Not judgment,
Just space.

Gently say in your mind,
I allow this feeling.
It is okay to feel.
Now,
Imagine.
With every breath out,
This emotion is becoming lighter.
Not forced,
Just natural softening.
Like a wave that slowly settles.
You don't need to hold it.
You don't need to analyze it.
Just feel and let it pass.
Now,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel a sense of calm slowly returning.
A gentle lightness in your heart.
Now,
Slowly repeat in your mind.
I am safe.
I release what I was holding.
I allow myself to rest.
Let these words settle deeply.
Now,
Just rest in this space of calm and emotional ease.
Now,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice the softness within you.
Gently move your fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
