Explore MeditationDalal Is a firm believer that investing time to explore your inner landscapes is the best gift that you can do for yourself. Dalal has meditated for the past four years. Dalal began a two year meditation teacher training through the Australian School of Meditation and Mindfulness. Dalal has also completed a Vipassana ten day training in 2023, which was very challanging and hopes to complete another sitting one day. In the same year, Dalal went to a transformational retreat level 1 with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) and will complete another training, living level 1 hopefully soon. Dalal's favourite style of meditation include awareness based techniques whilst also using yoga and dance to connect to her body.
