Welcome to your meditation to help you relax your pelvic floor.

Find a comfortable position where you will feel relaxed and have some privacy.

Take some slow deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale.

We are calming the nervous system.

We want to bring our awareness to our pelvic floor and our connection to our breath.

So place your hands on your pelvis.

Relax and imagine that you are grounded and supported.

Imagine that your hands are glowing,

Healing energy that can send love,

Healing,

And support into your pelvic floor area.

Your body can hear you.

It is always there to support you.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Feel secure and supported.

You are safe.

Breathe out any pain,

Any tension,

Any emotions that you no longer need.

Breathe out any fears or anxiety,

Discomfort,

Frustration,

Judgment,

Anything that you no longer want.

If you find any tight areas,

Just stay there for a moment and really mentally visualize letting them soften.

Let go of any of that tension or muscle tightness.

Just imagine softening like a velvet blanket,

Just enveloping your pelvic floor.

Feel that sensation.

Now let's breathe into both sides of your pelvic floor.

Relax the right side and picture your pelvic floor clock.

Start at the top of the clock and breathe into 12 o'clock.

Now use your breath and your energy to visually relax this area.

Imagine that you are feeling ripples of softness just envelop you like that velvet blanket.

You feel the energy in and out.

Allow it to just melt and open yourself up.

Bring in this rose colored,

Soft,

Warm light that just washes completely over you with healing energy and light.

You're floating in this rose colored light.

Feel the gentle cord just washing over you with love.

You are safe.

You're supported.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Now take a few breaths and just send love with your hands and your mind to your pelvic floor.

Thank your pelvic floor.

And when you're ready,

Now let's bring our awareness back to our surroundings.

You can wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Stretch your arms overhead and come back to the present moment.

And remember that you can always come back to that feeling whenever you feel any discomfort in your pelvic floor or you feel tension or muscle tightness.

You can always imagine this velvet cloth just surrounding you and allowing you to relax because you are safe and you are supported.
