Daniela enjoys passing on a yoga practice that is mindful, where breath is essential, and movements and positions are individually led with the intention of proper physical alignment. No rush, but stay with your body, your mind, and your breath, while nurturing your mind. Hatha yoga, yin yoga, and restorative yoga are her favorite practices and she loves to accompany the practice with her calming voice, sharing yoga philosophy, or telling Hindu stories. Her stay and yoga and meditation practice in Rishikesh, India at the beginning of 2024 were crucial for her approach not only to yoga but life in general. And her journey in India did not end yet.
