Welcome to this guided meditation brought to you by Create the Calm.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to be fully supported by whatever is beneath you.
If it feels safe,
Gently close your eyes,
Or simply soften your gaze.
Begin by noticing your breath,
Not changing it,
Not trying to control it.
Just observe the natural rhythm of your inhale and the quiet release of your exhale.
Let each breath remind you that something within you already knows how to move,
How to continue,
How to be,
Without force or effort.
There is a quiet intelligence in your body,
In your breath,
In your life,
That's already at work.
As you settle here,
You may begin to notice that there are parts of your life that feel uncertain,
Places where you don't quite know what comes next,
Where the path isn't fully visible yet.
And instead of pushing that feeling away,
Or trying to solve it right now,
Just acknowledge it gently,
Without judgment.
There is nothing wrong with not knowing.
There is nothing broken about being in between.
This space,
This moment,
Is not a pause in your life,
It is your life,
Breathing here,
Existing here,
Becoming here.
Your mind may want to rush in,
To figure it out,
To create a plan,
To regain a sense of control,
And that's ok,
That's what the mind does.
But what if,
Just for this moment,
You didn't need to know?
What if clarity isn't something you force,
But something that finds you when you're ready to receive it?
Notice what happens in your body as you soften the need to have all the answers.
Maybe there's a little more space,
A little less pressure.
Maybe your breath deepens just slightly.
You don't have to rush the unfolding.
Life isn't waiting on you to solve it.
It's moving with you,
Guiding you,
Even here,
Even now.
Gently,
You can begin to shift from needing to know to being willing to trust.
Not a blind trust,
But a quiet,
Steady openness,
A willingness to stay present with what is instead of reaching for what is not here yet.
And if it feels right,
You can begin to silently repeat to yourself,
I don't know what comes next but I'm open to it.
Let the words land softly,
Without needing to force belief,
Just an offering.
I don't know what comes next,
But I'm open to it.
Feel the difference between resistance and openness,
Between gripping tightly and allowing.
You're not lost in the unknown,
You are within a process that is still unfolding.
And just like your breath,
You don't need to control every part of it for it to continue.
There's a natural intelligence moving through your life,
Even when you can't see it yet,
Even when you don't know where it's leading.
Your only invitation right now is to stay present enough to meet it,
To soften,
To allow,
To trust just a little more than you did before.
And if your mind drifts back into needing answers,
As it sometimes does,
Gently bring yourself back to your breath,
Back to this moment,
Back to the quiet truth,
I don't know what comes next,
But I'm open to it.
Rest here for a few more breaths,
Allowing everything to be exactly as it is.
No rushing,
No fixing,
Just being.
And when you're ready,
Slowly bring back your awareness to your surroundings,
Not leaving this feeling behind,
But carrying it with you.
A quiet openness,
A steady trust,
One breath,
One moment at a time.
If this space felt supportive to you,
You're gently invited to follow,
So you can be notified when new meditations are released.
And if you feel moved to support this work,
Donations are always appreciated.
Before we leave this space,
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath in.
Allow yourself to feel the calm that is already within you,
The trust that has quietly carried you this far.
Know that it's enough to simply be here,
In this moment,
Exactly as you are.
You don't need to have all the answers,
And you don't need to rush the unfolding.
Carry this sense of gentle openness with you as you move through your day,
Letting it guide each step,
Each breath,
Each choice.
And remember,
Whenever you need to return to this quiet space,
It's always available to you,
Your place to rest,
To notice,
To simply be.
