Take a slow,
Deep breath in and exhale gently.
Feel your body supported beneath you.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your back,
Your shoulders.
You are held.
You are safe.
Bring your attention inward,
Following the natural rhythm of your breath.
Inhale calm.
Exhale tension.
Silently repeat,
I am enough.
I am open to love in its true form.
One more time.

Today we'll explore receiving love authentically,
Fully present,
Without expectations or the need for someone else to fix or complete us.
Notice if any old beliefs arise,
Such as I need someone to complete me,
Or my partner will always know what I need.
You don't need to analyze or resist them.
Simply observe.
Imagine these beliefs as gentle clouds drifting across a sky.
With each exhale,
Allow them to float away.
With each inhale,
Invite self-compassion,
Openness,
And acceptance.
Remind yourself real love is mutual,
Authentic,
And human.
It doesn't require perfection or dependence.
You are capable of giving and receiving love while remaining complete and grounded within yourself.
Silently affirm,
I release the need for outside validation.
I am open to love that is real,
Nurturing,
And authentic.
I am worthy of connection exactly as I am.
One more time.

Picture a soft,
Warm light above your head.
It flows down through your heart,
Filling your chest and abdomen with calm and openness.
Imagine this light expanding outward,
Connecting you to love in its many forms.
Self-love,
Friendship,
Partnership,
And connection with the world.
See yourself receiving love fully,
Gentle,
Honest,
And flowing naturally.
Notice that it's not conditional,
It doesn't demand perfection,
And it honors your wholeness.
Allow yourself to rest in this space for a few breaths,
Fully present with authentic love.
Take one final deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale fully through your mouth.
Carry this awareness with you.
Love is authentic when it flows freely,
Without expectation or pressure.
You are worthy,
Whole,
And open to connection exactly as you are.
