Hello beautiful soul,
And welcome to this guided meditation that will help you feel centered and focused on the task at hand,
But also energetically.
Our attention is our most powerful asset.
In our age of distraction,
It's all too easy to get pulled away from not just what we have to do,
But from who we want to be.
So let's get still and centered,
And call all of our energy back to what's important to us here today.
I'm so glad you're here,
Dear one.
Get yourself comfortable in whatever position works for you,
And whenever you're ready,
Gently allow your eyes to close.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Take another deep breath in,
And another exhale,
Softly letting go.
Continue breathing in nourishment,
And exhaling out relaxation.
And with each breath,
Arriving more and more in this moment.
Be aware of this time you have created for yourself,
This offering of spaciousness you have created for yourself.
And so let yourself have this time,
This space,
By letting go of any expectations or judgments that you need to be doing anything else right now,
But being here.
Let your devotion to being here be ten times more powerful than be ten times more powerful than anything you could be doing right now.
Let your breath be the hand that gently invites you to settle in even more.
Take another deep breath in,
Partnering with the word arrive.
And another slow exhale,
Partnering with the word hear.
Inhale,
Arrive.
Exhale,
Hear.
Continue staying present as you inhale,
Arrive,
And stay present with the exhale,
Hear.
And invite the parts of your body that rarely get rest to join in this invitation.
Bring your attention to the bottoms of your feet,
Your feet that carry you,
And ask your feet to arrive here.
And bring your attention to your hips,
Your hips that move you.
Inhale,
Arrive.
Exhale,
Hear.
And bring your attention to your spine,
Your spine that holds you up.
Arrive,
Hear.
And now bring your attention to the palms of your hands,
Hands that handle many tasks,
But don't often just hold.
Invite the palms of your hands to soften and arrive,
Hear.
And then bring your attention to your throat,
Always talking,
But not always speaking.
Arrive,
Hear.
And then bring your loving attention to your ears,
Always hearing,
But not always listening.
And that's ok,
Just let your breath invite your ears to softly arrive,
Hear.
And now bring your attention to your eyes,
Always looking,
But not always seeing.
Gently invite your eyes,
As they rest behind your eyelids,
To arrive,
Hear.
Inhale,
Arrive,
Hear.
And exhale,
Stay,
Hear.
And now,
Let all of you,
Your body,
Your attention,
Your energy,
Arrive here in this moment,
And stay here in this moment.
And as soon as your attention arrives,
Invite it to stay.
And as soon as your attention leaves,
Invite it to come back and arrive again.
Every new now holds infinite possibility.
Every new moment holds the material of creation.
What do you want to do?
What do you want to do?
Focus on that.
Who do you want to be?
Focus on that.
Decide,
And then arrive.
Choose,
And then stay.
Over and over again.
Continue breathing.
Continue arriving and staying.
Again and again.
And then,
Whenever you're ready,
Come back to the room and gently open your eyes.
I hope this meditation helped you get calm,
Centered,
And focused,
And that you feel clear about what you need to do today,
And clear about who you want to be while you do it.
Come back to that mantra of arrive,
Hear,
As many times as you need to throughout your day.
Thank you so much for listening,
Dear one.
Have a beautiful day.
