Hello,

This is Carolyn Wallace.

If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed,

You don't have to fight it.

You don't have to make it go away.

You can simply be here for these few moments.

Look around you,

Or let your eyes rest softly.

Notice one thing you can see,

One thing you can hear,

And one point of contact.

Between your body and the surface beneath you.

You don't need to change your breath.

Just notice that it's still moving in and out without effort.

If it feels okay,

You may gently place a hand on your chest or over your heart space.

This is not to fix anything,

Only to offer a small gesture of care.

Whatever you are feeling,

Tension,

Fear,

Raising thoughts,

Or pressure in your body,

It is allowed to be here.

Let yourself rest in this one moment.

You don't have to solve anything right now.

You are doing enough.

You are enough.

You are enough.

From the peace within me,

To the peace within you,

Namaste.
