Meditation Timer OnlineCarolyn Wallace is a meditation guide, Reiki Master, and certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher who helps listeners reconnect with calm, clarity, and inner balance. Since beginning her meditation journey in 2012, she has cultivated a daily practice grounded in stillness, compassion, and practical mindfulness for everyday life. Blending Eastern wisdom with modern well-being practices, Carolyn creates guided meditations that are gentle yet focused — supporting relaxation, emotional ease, and deep rest. Her background in Reiki informs her sensitivity to energy and presence, while her lifelong study of Traditional Chinese philosophy brings depth and perspective to her teachings. Carolyn received her Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher certification from the School of Positive Transformation (2026) and completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program through Palouse Mindfulness with David Potter. Her approach integrates contemplative tradition with evidence-based mindfulness. She believes peace is not something we must chase, but something already within us — waiting to be noticed and nurtured. Through her recordings, she invites you to pause, breathe, and carry this sense of peace into everyday life.
