This is a short guided affirmation practice. The meditation begins by inviting the listener to make the practice their own. Then the listener is introduced to a series of affirmations about self-empowerment, resilience, and growth. They encompass self-awareness and acceptance; resilience and adaptability; personal growth; and a positive mindset. Essentially this meditation aims to encourage listeners to believe in their own abilities, to embrace life's challenges as opportunities for growth, and to cultivate a sense of self-confidence and resilience.
