This is a short guided affirmation practice. The meditation begins by inviting the listener to make the practice their own. Then the listener is introduced to a series of affirmations about self-empowerment, resilience, and growth. They encompass self-awareness and acceptance; resilience and adaptability; personal growth; and a positive mindset. Essentially this meditation aims to encourage listeners to believe in their own abilities, to embrace life's challenges as opportunities for growth, and to cultivate a sense of self-confidence and resilience. Hello and welcome to this guided meditation practice.

My name is Caitlin.

I would like to take a moment to remind you that meditation is a personal practice,

So please take whatever I say and make it your own.

Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.

Today,

I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-empowerment,

Resilience,

And growth.

Please find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes if that feels okay.

Focus on your breath.

Just notice however it is.

Now please accept the following as truths for you.

I acknowledge and celebrate my strengths and vulnerabilities.

I am capable of overcoming and growing beyond my fears.

I have everything I need within me.

I am capable of overcoming challenges and navigating uncertainties.

I embrace flexibility.

I can adapt to changes and challenges with an open mind.

I embrace new ideas with an open heart.

I am continuously growing,

Learning,

And evolving.

I acknowledge I can learn from my mistakes and then let them go.

I celebrate my achievements.

I am resilient,

Adaptable,

And open to the possibilities that unfold before me.

Now gently return your focus to your breath.

Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

If your eyes are closed,

You may begin to open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
