This is a short guided affirmation practice. The meditation begins by inviting the listener to make the space their own. Then the listener is introduced to a series of affirmations about embracing change and personal growth. They encompass openness to new experiences; resilience and adaptability; self-confidence and empowerment; and continuous learning. Essentially this meditation aims to encourage listeners to cultivate a mindset of curiosity, courage, and a proactive approach to life's challenges.
