I would like to take a moment to remind you that meditation is a personal practice.
So please take whatever I say and make it your own.
Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.
Today,
I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-empowerment and inner peace.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
Every day is a new chance to glow.
I am grateful for my journey.
I release my insecurities.
I am bold and confident.
I am building a foundation of strength.
I am dedicated to my well-being.
I appreciate my body's capabilities.
I am resilient and adaptable.
I am strong and capable.
I let go of negativity.
I believe in my abilities.
I have confidence in my choices.
I am grateful for the peace I have right now.
My mind is powerful.
I have the power to control my mood and my responses to the opinions of others.
My peace is sacred,
Internal,
And unwavering.
Harmony and peace surround me.
I am at peace with myself.
I carry my peace wherever I go.
I believe my possibilities are endless.
I trust in myself and my abilities.
I choose positivity over self-doubt.
My potential for growth is limitless.
I embrace my unique gifts and talents.
I am always learning,
Growing,
And transforming.
I let go of fear and I embrace possibilities.
I embrace the unknown with curiosity and excitement.
I am open to new ideas and perspectives.
I release fear and I embrace trust.
Now return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
