Meditation Timer OnlineBuffy Owens, a B.A. and embodied wellness expert, teaches people around the world how to tune in and tend to the innate wisdom of their bodies so that they can access their deepest layers of intuition and heed the calling to connect deeply with themselves, others, and the rhythms of nature. Buffy draws from 30 years of serious and soulful study of physiology and the spirit that moves the form. She began her somatic movement and meditation studies in 1993 and continues to explore her inner landscapes today. She holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Functional Medicine Health Coach. Buffy is known for holding powerful space for people without judgment or expectation. Her sacred vow is to end suffering by helping others return to the sacred wisdom of their body and remember their deep interconnection with the Earth. Buffy spends her free time cooking (and eating) delicious food, hiking, and walking in the woods with her dogs Bodhi & River.
