My name is Jenny and today I'm going to guide you through a 5 minute meditation to ground,
To take a few minutes just for yourself to bring a little calm,
A little peace and to just carve out a little time for you find a comfortable seat,
Bring your eyes to a close and let's begin letting yourself fully drop into the floor or the seat underneath you really allowing yourself to land into your space and into your body landing with how your body feels noticing sensations in your limbs,
Energy in your body noticing if there is anywhere that you are holding a little tension or that could just do with a little more softness and perhaps allowing those areas to just soften,
Even 5% then come into your breath,
Let your inhale breathe deep into your belly let it fill your ribs and your chest and let your exhale be soft,
Slow and as you exhale,
Let your body exhale with you like your muscles are breathing out each inhale inviting a little warmth in a little expansion in,
Softening any tightness in,
Maybe anywhere physically or energetically that's holding and letting your exhale just create a sensation of melting you are safe to melt finding that space where you don't need to worry about what's happened 5 minutes ago or earlier today and you do not need to worry about what is going to happen you just need to trust or gain even just 5% more trust that right here,
Right now,
In this present moment you can melt you can soften and that all is well noticing if there's anything maybe you could do with letting go of can you let it go a little as you breathe out noticing if there's anything you would like to receive breathe it in,
Receive that,
Receive peace,
Receive joy,
Receive light and as you breathe out,
You let go and it's softened let yourself be with your breath let your body receive and let yourself let go let yourself believe in the possibilities of what you can receive and let it all in even just for now,
Let it all in and noticing if there is anything you would like to really draw in anything that when you step up and carry on with your day you would like to carry with you and if there's anything you would like to leave here on this mat visualize that thing,
That sensation and take a big deep breath in with me breathe it into your body and let it fill every cell and exhale through the mouth releasing what no longer serves you,
That is the past breathe in what you would like to invite let go and release what you no longer need last one,
Breathe in letting it fill,
Letting it expand into every pore of the body and pores at the top of your breath and let it all go knowing that you can come back to your breath,
Your body and yourself whenever you need and when you feel ready to,
Draw your eyes open give yourself a bit of gratitude for carving out the time i see you,
