In an affirmation practice,
We use the repetition of positive,

And specific words to shift our state of mind into a receptive,
Welcoming space where we can connect to our own beautiful soul for our best and highest good.
For this affirmation practice,
I will share 25 affirmations that are designed to help you start,
Shift into,
Or create a space for that luscious,
Delicious,
Wholly creative part of the self that exists within all of us and loves to come experience the world as our own unique creative lens.
I invite you to use this practice however you feel called.
Use it to create a ritual around your creative process,
As a way to connect more deeply to your flow state.
Use it as a meditation to invite the muse or as a reflective practice when the world has conspired to keep you from your creative sovereignty.
I will read and repeat 3 times these 25 creative and loving affirmations so that you can repeat them 3 times to yourself,
