Transcript

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose and out through our mouth,

And deepening the inhale and lengthening the exhale,

And inhaling deep,

Beautiful breath in and slowing that exhale down as you settle into your meditative space.

Giving yourself permission to slow the mind,

Slow the body,

Slow the breath down.

Giving yourself permission to soften,

To be here now.

As you start to become aware of your body as a whole,

Feeling the whole body,

And just anchoring into your breath,

Deep breath.

As you start to feel settled in this space,

The space of your body and the space of your breath,

Just be open to the experience,

Be open to the journey,

Releasing the need to control,

Deep breath.

Just staying present for a few more breaths,

Being present with the breath,

Being present with sensations in your body.

As you start to fine tune your sense of hearing,

You're going to start to hear your rhythm,

Your beat,

Your vibration.

You might start humming to solidify that rhythm,

To hear it,

You might hear a song,

Just be open to hearing your rhythm and hearing your beat so that you can always tune in to this song that is yours.

You might hear sounds moving through your ears.

If you feel the need to start humming,

Please do that.

Deep breath.

This is the sound of your rhythm,

Of your beat.

This is what it sounds like,

And really feel into the rhythm,

Feel into the beat,

Feel into the flow.

Notice when you're in your own rhythm,

What happens to your entire being,

Your mind,

Your body,

As well as your spirit.

Deep breath as you continue to listen.

Allow the flow of the rhythm to move through you with ease and grace,

And you notice that when you don't think about it,

You are doing it with ease and grace.

Notice you might start to feel like dancing or moving,

And if you need to do that,

Do that,

Honor that.

If you need to continue really feeling into this space,

Experiencing it,

Maybe for the first time in a while or ever,

Feel yourself filling up with joy,

With this unshakable joy when you're in your own frequency,

Your own song,

Your own tune.

Deep breath,

And go to a region in your body that is feeling discomfort,

Tension,

Tightness,

Stuck.

Bring all of your awareness there,

Maybe you just gravitate towards a region or organ or cell or system in your body,

And start humming,

Singing,

Hearing,

Feeling into your own tune,

And put all that energy into that one space.

Notice what happens.

Deep breath.

Notice it opening up.

Notice the frequency from lower vibration,

Stiffness,

Tension,

Tightness,

To higher frequency of openness,

Free flowing.

And then maybe you go to another region and continue this process until the full body feels free,

Lifted into the flow of your natural rhythm.

Deep breath.

Keep going with singing,

Might not be words,

But releasing some sound with humming or just hearing,

But intentionally bringing that rhythm to a specific region,

Organ,

Cell,

Muscle,

Bone,

Sing to it,

Hum to it,

Release it of those chains,

That mud stuck feeling.

Deep breath.

And I want you to now go to your heart space.

Tuning in to the tone of your heart,

Releasing the sound or song of your whole being,

The light,

And now hear the rhythm and the beat of your heart.

What does that really sound like?

What rhythm is flowing through?

It might change,

It might stay the same,

Be open as you start hearing and humming and singing the song of your heart.

And it might be based off of how you're feeling today in this moment,

And that's okay.

But allow the heart to sing to you.

Allow the rhythm to flow out of each chamber.

What do you hear?

And as you hear it,

What do you feel?

Deep breath.

See if you can intertwine the sound of your whole being,

The song of your light,

Through to the song of your heart and the rhythm.

What do you hear?

What do you feel?

And creating a whole new song,

A whole new rhythm.

What happens?

Observe as you take a deep breath and allow the two to connect and become one,

One new rhythm,

New sound,

New beat.

Deep breath.

Feel your whole body lit up in this new rhythm.

Your whole body vibrating in this new space,

Knowing that you can always tune in to the tone of your frequency and then sing it out loud and hum it and be that frequency.

Deep breath.

As you start to come back into the room you're in,

Feeling and hearing this new sense of light,

This new rhythm.

It's there all along.

Deep breath.
