This meditation is created for children to help them end their day on a positive note. Throughout the meditation, the child is guided through three gentle reflection questions that support calmness, gratitude, and self-esteem. What has been good today? The child is encouraged to think about moments from the day that brought joy, fun, or comfort. What are you longing for and looking forward to? The child is invited to imagine something in the near or distant future that makes them feel excited, hopeful, or happy. What do you like about yourself?
