It can be difficult to move forward in your day when you feel like your power has been taken away from you.

But the truth is,

No one and no thing can take your power without your agreement,

Whether you realize it's happening or it happens unconsciously.

This short three-minute meditation is here to help you reclaim your power,

Center yourself,

And move forward with confidence.

You can use this practice anytime you feel overwhelmed or notice you're giving your power away to any circumstances,

Situations,

Or other people.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes gently and allow your shoulders to relax.

Begin by taking three deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Letting your belly rise,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale,

Letting go of any tension.

Inhale again,

And exhale,

Releasing any stress.

And now take one more deep breath in,

And exhale,

Feeling your body relax completely.

Now bring your attention inward.

Notice where you might be giving your power away.

It could be a particular situation,

A person,

Or even a thought.

Acknowledge this without judgment.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Focus on the following affirmations to reclaim your power.

I am in control of my own energy.

I choose to keep my power within me.

I release any power I have given away.

It returns to me now,

Filling me with strength and confidence.

I am the creator of my own experience.

I choose to respond with calm and clarity.

My power is my own,

And I reclaim it fully in this moment.

I am centered,

Grounded,

And connected to my inner strength.

Feel the energy of these affirmations filling your body with each breath.

Imagine a bright light at your core,

Growing stronger and more radiant with every inhale,

And expanding outward with every exhale,

Enveloping you in a protective and empowering aura.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Inhaling your power,

And exhaling any remaining doubt or fear.

Know that you can return to this place of inner strength whenever you need.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and bring this sense of empowerment with you into your day.
