It's common to experience moments of self-doubt and feelings of unworthiness.

This meditation is here to remind you that true security comes from within and can be nurtured by choosing to support yourself and recognizing your inherent value.

Use this practice anytime you feel insecure or need a moment to reconnect with your sense of self-worth.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes gently and allow your shoulders to relax.

Begin by taking three deep breaths.

You're going to inhale deeply through your nose,

Letting your belly rise,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Like you're blowing through a straw.

Ready?

Inhale deeply and exhale,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Inhale deeply again and exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

One more deep inhale and exhale,

Feeling your body start to relax completely.

Now bring your attention inward.

Notice any feelings of insecurity or self-doubt that you might be holding onto.

Acknowledge these feelings without judgment.

It's okay to feel this way,

But remember,

True security is a feeling that comes from within.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Focus on the following affirmations to help you release insecurity and embrace a sense of safety and self-worth.

I acknowledge my feelings of insecurity and understand that they are just thoughts,

Not my reality.

I choose to release self-judgment and embrace my true worth.

I have the power to create a sense of safety and security within myself.
