Unwind from your day with this evening practice for rest and relaxation. My guidance invites us to arrive in an unhurried way - with the option of stillness, movement or some settling breaths - for around 10 minutes. After grounding, we're gifted the sound of beautiful birdsong I recorded on the Mornington Peninsula at dusk. I offer a few ideas and options for how you might choose to wind down and rest, though you may explore and find another way as the orchestra of nature supports your relaxation. The birdsong plays for around 6 minutes (with some other background voices, barking, and artificial sounds sprinkling their way in), and my guidance then gently invites us to close the practice together so that you can move into the rest of your evening. The birds also say a brief and sweet goodbye. Thank you so much for joining me for this practice.
