This is an embodied mindfulness practice that invites awareness and sensation into your whole body through the feet. With the support of a smooth, round ball (a massage ball or tennis ball is great), you’ll be guided to explore gentle rolling and release through the soles of your feet. You’re welcome to do this practice seated or standing, with socks or bare feet - whatever feels most supportive today. Rather than focusing on technique or getting anything "right", we bring curiosity and intrigue to sensation, noticing what arises, how sensation shifts, and where we may be storing tension. A practice for anytime you feel unsteady, disconnected, or in need of a little grounding presence. All while giving some loving attention to your feet. And a little heads up: my dog, Ginger, makes a brief appearance toward the end, adding her own kind of presence to the space! Thank you so much for choosing to practice and explore together.
